"Good customer service. Installer of repair service should keep his day job and give up carpentry. He made an extra saw cut into a board that was not going to be repaired. Due to a measurement error(?) one of the deck board was pieced instead of all one length. He had to make an extra trip to buy screws since they were not included with the supplies. When the carpentry was completed the installer left and I had to sweep the sawdust off the deck so we could walk on it. A pile of old wood was left for someone else to clean up later. Deck Pro came back a few days later to replace the boards and clean up their junk. The deck now looks good."

When Perry came to look at what needed to be repaired/replaced, he took photos of all of the the damaged support structures (termite damage), so when the crew came to do the work, they had the photos and knew exactly where to look and what to look for. They came on time and immediately went to work. The job was completed promptly, and when I examined the replacement(s)/repairs, you could tell this crew knew exactly what they were doing!
