Only concern that I have is phone related with all of them. Just to make sure that they call or text in advance to reinforce that they are coming and what time. Also when tryin to reach out if I do have a problem or issue or concern. It's hard getting a CALL back or sometimes even a text to even say hey we got your concern and are working on it and will get back to ya. He arrived on time. He was very easy to work with. He looked at the leak. I wasn’t expecting him to fix the leak that same day. But he went on the roof, tightened the screws to the metal roof and caulked the seams. He did not charge me dime. Highly recommended."
