  Don't use unless you don't mind getting the run around and excuse after excuse. I called in October, 2020 for a gutter clealing for a home in Northeast PA. I was told I was on the schedule for late November into the middle of December. I didn't mind the timeframe as I'm aware how weather plays a role in this work. I called the beginning and middle of December to just to make sure I was on the schedule and they said I was. The job still was not completed by Christmas and I called around December 29th and demanded to be given a date for the service since now it was 2 weeks late. They scheduled me for Jan 2nd. Weather was fine but they cancelled becasue they didn't have the crews in place. Why schedule someone without available crews? They rescheduled for Jan 4th and cancelled that because of weather. Upper 30s and Cloudy apparently isn't good enough. I guess they forget they are in the Northeast now in the middle of winter. So frustrated, that I cancelled the Job with them and told them I'd hire one of their competitors

  We have an approximately 1,700 square foot house with a roughly 25-year-old roof on it that needed replacement. The company had an estimator out quickly to quote our job and also gave us the quote, work details, and price before leaving. They use GAF products and were able to provide us with an excellent workmanship and factory warranty from themselves and GAF respectively. There price was similar in comparison to other companies but with better quality materials and warranty. When it came to the day of the project, the project supervisor and crew were prompt and started work right away with no surprises placing the additional hood vents I requested in the perfect spot. By the time the work was done at the end of the day my property was spotless and no rogue trash or nails were found which is common with roofing companies in my experience. All the construction crew, office staff, and project managers were easy to get in touch with and work with. I would highly recommend their services and use them again for construction projects that come up in the future

  Could not recommend this company more. We spent three weeks trying to get a company that had already come out to send us the quote before I gave up and called David. No answer which had me concerned but I left a message. He called me back the same day and was out to see the work needed the VERY NEXT DAY. It had taken three weeks just to get the first company out. Responsiveness was amazing. After doing the assessment, David called me the next day to let me know pricing and that they would need a week or so before they could come out. Considering we had already waited 6 weeks on another company that never procured a quote, we gave it a shot! His guys showed up 3 minutes BEFORE the stated time and got to work right away. In about 2 hours all the gutters were firmly re-attached to the house and all the exposed wood is now covered and protected from our next rainstorm. They also cleaned out the gutters while they were here. And we have a guarantee on the porch leak for the next year to ensure the problem is properly fixed. Couldn't be happier that we gave America's Best Roofing Company a call
