I spoke with a company rep in the evening and they arrived the next morning to do the work. They did not have a scheduled time, they simply put you on their worklist, so it is hard to know when they will arrive. There was some confusion at first because they said they could not do the work because of my leaf guards installed on the gutters. I told them I informed the rep about the guards. They called in to the office and were able to do the cleaning after all. Had huge storms in the weeks after and the gutters are working good.

Very very good service, excellent and they come right away, very reliable and they clean the gutters very well, but I stop using their service because the gutters has been installed with a gutter guards. I highly recommend them to people who doesn't have the gutter guards on their gutter.
