We had been looking for a company that I felt comfortable doing our spray foam insulation in the completely un-insulated attic space for a few weeks before I found Robert Keeney from barrier spray foam and I am extremely glad that I was able to find them because I could not be more pleased with the service and the quality of the work that they produced. Robert was incredibly efficient, showed up exactly when he said he would to do a free estimate, he was very good at explaining the R values and the percentage that they would actually insulate the space and what his recommendations are and for that I am extremely grateful. Removing fence posts that are set in concrete is something you can't do by hand. You will need an excavator, a strong post-puller, or a jackhammer. If you plan on recycling the concrete base, you may be able to cut the post out with a jackhammer and then set the new post in the existing base. However, it's usually better to remove both the fence post and concrete together. Due to the weight of concrete, you will need a hydraulic removal tool.

If you remove tile flooring yourself, it can take eight to 12 hours per 100 square feet. The exact time it takes depends on the type of tile, its location, and your experience with removing tile flooring. On the other hand, professionals with the right tools can remove tile flooring in as little as one hour per square foot.

A diamond masonry blade is the best option for cutting concrete. These are more expensive than abrasive blades, but they last much longer. A wet-cutting diamond blade is ideal for larger projects, as the water introduced during cutting will cool the blade and prevent you from having to take breaks to let the blade cool naturally.

An easy way to cut concrete pavers without a saw is to use a hammer and chisel. You can make a few passes over your paver with a hammer and chisel to make a fissure where you want the paver to break. Once the divot is about 1/8 inch thick, drive the chisel hard into the center of the line to complete the cut without using a saw.
