The Nine Fingered Ogre

Dave took our deposit of $1500 (half of the total, another $1500 was supposed to be paid out when the project was completed) and never installed the bookshelves and door which we had hired him to do. We spent several months calling him and texting him and he had a host of excuses- car accident, restraining order from his wife preventing him from getting to his studio, vehicle being stolen, the wood for the project itself being stolen. He promised to return our deposit over three weeks ago and hasn’t made good on that promise. STAY AWAY!!!

Dave did a great job refinishing outdoor furniture for me that included a bench and a round wooden table with three half room benches. He had great ideas, paid great attention to detail and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone!

A true woodworking craftsman, his work was well worth the price. The cutting board with custom inlay is almost too nice to use as intended.

It was great working with Dave. I requested a custom cutting board for a Fatherâ s Day gift along with a primitive wooden star. Love the quality of the work! I would use Dave again in the future (possibly thinking about building a pantry and resurfacing some old furniture).
