"October 2013 was the second time I had Dan from American Drain Cleaning & Plumbing do work at my house.  The first job a couple years ago was to replace the shutoff valve on the line to the outside hose bibb.  The second time (October 2013) was for the 3 jobs listed above.  Both times the work was done professionally and in a timely manner.  Both valve replacements were done with higher quality parts than the builder had used.  After the initial installation, the shower needed adjusting to run hotter and getting that done took a single phone call, and it was done the next day.  So I would say American Drain is responsive to calls after the primary job is done.  The cost for the 3 jobs in October 2013 included the hardware & labor. Based on experiences I have had with other plumbing companies in the area, American Drain Cleaning & Plumbing is more reasonable.  I would recommend them and plan to use them in the future.

"The service went very well. They were here at exactly 9 o'clock. They took and install a new faucet in the kitchen that had a leak. The master bathroom had a slight clog he cleared that. Then, the toilet was moving when you sit on it. So he took the toilet off, and replace the seal, and put it back again. We were happy with the work. This was the 2nd time I used the service. I had no problem and I would recommend them. He explained everything he was doing and he clean up after the job was done that you wouldn't know that he was here. I have found a good plumber and I would use them again if needed."

"James did multiple jobs for me after diagnosing the actual problem. Correcting the issue required james to replace part of an old pipe which could only be accessed through a ceiling. James not only fixed the plumbing issue, he completed the carpentry work and repaired the ceiling. He also replaced my shower floor and the tiles surrounding it. James also replaced faucets on my utility sink. James is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and a master of his craft. I highly recommend hiring him for your plumbing needs and wants."

"The team from Charles Moon was awesome! The lead plumber, Carl, knew so much about the unit, I thought he might have actually designed it! They took the time to discuss installation options , esp. with my wife and she really appreciated that. Carl even said he'd come back and put the fixtures on if I had problems for no charge! Who does that?! In short, this company is amazing. I will never use anyone else and recommend you use them for your plumbing jobs."

"I will definitely be using Clear Water Solution again!! I had called a popular plumbing company in area and not only was I ignored, I was quoted huge bill. CWS showed up, listened and fixed for a fraction of the cost. I also inquired about installing a new water softener in the future. Again, a fraction of other company. I had a small leak under my kitchen sink which could have turned into a larger issue. I'm glad that he was able to identify that the new garbage disposal was installed too loose and that a screw had fallen out during its use. If I waited longer I could have ended up breaking it and spending a lot more money having it fixed.

 

Overall the job was done timely he was on-time and even came out on a Sat morning before 8am.

On Monday morning I received a call confirming that technician was on the way within 20 minutes. Chris arrived on time, he evaluated the water heater that needed to be replaced, explained what needs to be done and come up with a fair quote. We scheduled installation on Wednesday at 8:00 am. Chris showed up at 8:00 and completed installation and cleaning by 10:00. A pleasure to work with!"

"The customer service representative from The Plumber was very friendly and accommodating when scheduling the appointment.  The plumbing technician, Willie Day, was very prompt, actually a few minutes early.  He identified himself and was extremely professional.  Willie did an excellent job removing the existing toilet and installing the new one.  He was very respectful and professional during the service.  Willie took care to protect the flooring in the bathroom, he was clean and neat with the removal and install.  The job went perfect.  I would definitely use The Plumber and Willie again.
