We contracted with Bath Max to remodel a small bath with stall shower ,based on reviews. The sub-contractor said the job would take 3 days. The first day work was done well. The afternoon of the 2nd day the decision was made to finish that day, witch was a Friday They then became careless. Clean up was minimal with cigarette butts in the lawn and driveway .Based on pictures Wayne offered to come and fix the problems,. We declined due to the fact the items were glued in place. Wayne did give us a token refund however we are left with a unsatisfactory job.

Great Company! Had several other quotes but BathMax provided the best quote. Everyone that I dealt with was very professional. The finished job looks terrific. There's a reason why they have stellar reviews and no BBB complaints! If you are considering redoing your bathroom or have a tub/shower remodel, do yourself a favor and contact them for a quote. More than likely, you'll find yourself amazed at the experience and be writing a review on them like me.

Price was great as well as the services performed. My let down was the follow up. I sent a message though Angie's List and left 2 voice mails. I wanted to have the caulk looked at because after a few months I was seeing a few soft spots that needed to be cleaned up and filled. I was also looking to have another 3 tier shelf added to handle the wives hair products. Will need to find another installer that can hopefully match the tier shelf I already have as well as clean up the caulking.

We wanted a complete renovation of our shower in our master bathroom, remove all the existing tile and plumbing fixtures down to the studs. Wayne was very helpful incorporating into the design some unique features and material selection (size and color combinations) for our project. Bathmax was very professional and respectful during the demolishion phase, using drop cloths and protecting the surrounding areas. They were prompt and timely when installing the new shower, keeping us informed on their progress and timeline. Their workmanship and attention to detail is excellent, the finished project exceeded our expectations. Our overall experience with Bathmax was very good.

Perfect. They were extremely professional and friendly, they cleaned up well, and they did the job exactly as promised. The large bathtub shower I had was becoming unsafe to get into, due to some joint issues I have. I called Wayne, the owner, based on finding their number in a church bulletin and confirming their reviews on the list. Wayne came out first to provide an estimate, and once the materials were available, he came back with his son, Ethan, and their helper, Jamie, and completed the job within two days. They did a beautiful job, and I've never felt more safe bathing than with my newly-installed shower. It looks great, and the handrails and textured floor are very reassuring. I would absolutely recommend them!

They took the bathroom back to the studs and installed a new tub (vendor provided), tile tub surround and tile floor, installed customer supplied vanity, and reinstalled the existing toilet (which was in working condition prior to work beginning). The tile work itself was subcontracted (somewhat unexpected but excellent work!) After they left I discovered that they had not turned the water back on to the toilet - clearly they NEVER tested the reinstall. In addition,they failed to install the tub drain plug or shower head.
When I flushed the toilet for the first time water gushed from the fixture. I called to complain and was told that the toilet should have been replaced in the first place - however it worked before they started, why shouldn't I expect it to work afterwards? They said I should source the replacement and they would install it but why would I allow them to reinstall a new toilet if they couldn't successfully install a perfectly serviceable one?
I find it highly unprofessional that they didn't test the toilet before they finished the job and they left me to clean up the mess. I would never recommend Bathmax to anyone and I completely regret the experience.

The bathroom went from an old and tired looking 1955 bathroom to an updated, attractive bathroom with a "Wow" factor.
Mr. Phinney and his son were professional, skilled, and efficient. It was a pleasure to work with them and would recommend them.

Wayne and his son Ethan were punctual, courteous, and completed the bathroom project within the estimated time. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each workday. We also used Mike - Wayne's "floor guy". All the work was completed as agreed,. The entire job was done professionally and the results are beautiful. We wouldn't hesitate to use Bath Max again and highly recommend them to all.

I could not be happier with the work done by Bath Max. Wayne was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He and his son were punctual, courteous and kept everything very clean. Everything was explained to us in detail and the work was done in a timely fashion. Wayne responded immediately to a simple correction that needed to be made - and he came out right away to take care of the problem. The quality of his work is outstanding - our new shower and wall surround is awesome - and so simple to keep clean! I loved working with Bath Max - dealing with a family-owned business is an added plus! We had gotten an estimate from Bath Fitters and we were disgusted with their sales and high pressure tactics. No pressure or sales tactics dealing with Bath Max. It was an absolute pleasure. Thanks, Bath Max!!

Provider showed up on time and didn't stop working until the project was done. It transformed what was eye sore into something we show off routinely. The cleanup was exceptional and left us "very" satisfied.

We obtained bids to redo our master bathroom shower from four prospective vendors. There was considerable variation in those bids. BathMax was the lowest. The highest (more than 2k more!) was from a big box store.
We opted to go with BathMax, in part because of the price and the product. However, we were also impressed with Wayne Phinney - the owner/principal. He comfortably answered the many questions we had about the project - honestly and clearly. Turned out that is who Wayne is - honest and straightforward.
The installation process had two steps. The first was putting in the shower enclosure, new valve and fixture, which was done in one day. Making/installing the shower door is the second step. The glass company Wayne used (Alderfer) to make the door came to measure the day after the enclosure was installed. It took took about 3 weeks to make and install it, in part because the glass shop closed during the Christmas/New Year's holidays.
We have a second bathroom, so it was not a problem to give up the master shower during the month it took to complete the project. In fact, however, we could have used the shower the day after the enclosure was installed if we had opted to use a shower curtain on a temporary rod.
Wayne and his crew as well as the Aldefer crew did a great job. The shower looks terrific and functions perfectly. The door is beautiful! We recommend Wayne/BathMax to you without reservation.

Excellent. From day 1 Wayne was extremely professional and courteous. He promptly returned all calls, scheduled an estimate when it was convenient for me, arrived on time and never once pressured me into buying something I didn't want. Demolition and installation of the new tub and tile went smoothly and on time. Wayne even took the extra care to lay tarp over the recently refinished hardwood floor to avoid and accidental damage. After the job was finished, the bathroom looked amazing!

Job went great. Wayne and Shawn showed up everyday on time. Came everyday until the job was done. They were very professional, and clean. They were very accommodating, taking the extra time each day to leave the bathroom as functional as possible throughout the project since it was the only bathroom in the house.

Redid bathroom installed new shower ,toilet ,vanity ,medicine cabinet, tile floor ,light. Excellent job. The work was done by Wayne & His Son ,I will use them again when We do other bathroom ! Wayne even went out & got a sheet of plywood so I could leave the dogs in the family room when they were going in & out of house. Good & Caring People. cleaned up every day. It was done in about 3-4 days.

Excellent people did excellent work on our 1963 home. Wayne and son, Ethan were professional, clean, understanding and very accommodating to our ideas. During the estimate, Wayne answered all questions and made some suggestions WITH NO PRESSURE.
Wife, Bonnie responded immediately to any and all concerns. After completion, Bath Max quickly responded and corrected two minor problems with parts and function. We're very pleased with all (2.5) of our new high-functioning and attractive bathrooms. and highly recommend Bath Max.

Bathmax arrived on the scheduled date. Their employees were polite, clean and considerate. They got the job done in the time they said it would take. It looks beautiful and we are very pleased!
