"Gary Pierrtti designed and installed a curved front brick walkway, an L shaped side brick walkway for our new home last fall. We are delighted with his work and have received so many compliments from our neighbors. Gary just completed a major patio installation for us for our sloped backyard. He put in a curved retaining wall that also serves as extra seating around the fire pit also made out of interlocking pavers. As I was completely overwhelmed with decision making from doing a major demolation/remodel of the inside of the house, my husband and I gave Gary freedom to pick colors and design for the patio project. Who does that? Someone who has used Gary for major projects over the last decade and has always been so happy with his eye for design, color and work. The walkways Gary installed 9 years ago in our old house look as good now as they did when he first did the work. "We had 9 windows installed. Overall, the installation went well. Only issue was when the trim was re-installed, there were marks left on my freshly painted walls. I will have to go back and touch them up. For the painting, 2 bedrooms, hallway and stairwell were painted. Again, overall, it was done well; however, we had to repeatedly point out several spots that needed to be 're-prepped' and repainted. Hardwood flooring was installed in a bedroom and hallway. No issues at all with this. The floors look beautiful.
Millenium offers quality work at an affordable price. They are usually good in responding to any issues or questions. You just need to know that since they have different crews, you may not get the same guys for your project.
We have used Millenium for several projects over the past two years and will definitely use them again. No one contractor is perfect, but as long as the end of the project meets your expectations, that contractor deserves to be considered for future projects. Millenium meets this criteria.

"A+ Landscaping did an absolutely outstanding job designing and constructing a new patio for us. When originally built, our house had a 10'x12' concrete pad that was not very functional. We wanted a new and larger patio that would be conducive to outdoor entertaining and also be very attractive, while also complying with local stormwater management ordinances. Marcus came out to our house, sketched out a design, and gave us some great ideas. When completed, the patio was about 450 square feet, with Techo Bloc permeable pavers, sitting walls, pillars, and and low voltage lights on a timer. ([*** Link removed ***] This was not an easy project, as the local Township stormwater management regulations required careful planning, extensive excavation, and an infiltration bed to be installed underneath the patio. In addition to the patio, A+ Landscaping also installed some river rock in an area where grass doesn't grow well, three large stepping stones, new mulch beds and plantings along one side of the patio as well as along one side of the house, and also installed three pop-up rain spouts in the yard. They started the project when promised and worked straight through until completed four days later. They also reseeded areas that were excavated. I am biased, but I believe we have the nicest patio of the more than eighty homes in our community! We spent about $17,000 for everything, but that included the patio and landscaping work. It was well worth the investment."
