This time even though the technician know I wanted an electrical outlet put in, he came without any of the necessary parts. So, I paid for him to go to Home Depot to get the materials. This took an hour. I could have gone and gotten the materials myself had I known he wouldn't have what he needed. When you make the appointment, you are told you will have to pay for the time it takes the technician to get what he needs. But, I just assumed since he knew what I wanted done, that he would come with the parts."

"Joe Sullivan's painting did our office and hall columns and the results were great.  We had them come back to paint a ceiling that was water stained over the winter and weeks later the stain cannot be seen.  Both times Joe was responsive via email and fit the jobs into very specific days that we needed.  They might not be the least expensive around but you get what you pay for.  We will be calling Joe again whenever our next project comes up."

It went great!!   For the estimate they worked around my schedule.  I knew how I wanted the deck to look but that was it. Lew was great in helping me decide all the details. The work was done in a few days and all the workers were very polite and helpful  with any questions I had along the way. I now have a gorgeous deck from the back of my house with new sliding doors up to my pool that has a locking gate for the safety of my children. They did a fantastic job!!

"The fence was installed satisfactorily, but we requested a certain kind of post caps but were given another (not a huge deal, but still we didn't get what we asked for). But, because the fence abutted our basement bilco doors they had to remove one of the door handles. They proceeded to break both of them. I reported this to the company and they asked that I send pictures, which I did. The company has never replaced or compensated me for the broken door handles.
