I am happy with the entire experience, from the very reasonable quote, all questions answered, the driveway prep, the paving, the clean up, etc... The team is a well oiled machine ... My only concern was the rain ...but my questions were answered and my concerns relieved....

They scheduled an appointment to come by and see the project for themselves, but the appointment time came and went, and they seemed to never show. A while later, I sent a message asking if they were still coming and they said that they had been by and checked it out and would be sending me an estimate by that evening. No estimate ever showed up, and I don’t believe in doing business with companies that can’t be bothered to talk to me, the client and give me the opportunity to get a feel for them and ask questions. Needless to say, they were not hired.

"Sorry you feel this way,I responded to you by text in afternoon on 19th and I looked at the driveway at 8 am on 20th and I let you know we would work you up a price, I usually send most of my emails for the estimates on Saturday so I can work on all my numbers to get the best price for my customers and in my estimates they are very detailed so people can understand exactly what they are receiving and that takes time, I apologize that you did not feel like you were treated properly, and if there’s anything I can do for you to make this right I would be glad to do it, but a two star rating simply isn’t fair for miscommunication when I done everything I said I was gonna do and your estimate would’ve been sent today no later than noon time, everybody runs businesses differently. I’m not one to shoot off the hip and just give you a price without going through my numbers to get you the best price and because I do 30 to 40 estimates a week it does take some time. I sincerely apologize that you never received it in a timely manner that you thought."

All the good reviews are the reason I went with them also the lowest price (mistake to go with lowest price, get what you paid for) but what I experienced was not good at all, make sure your happy with the work BEFORE you hand them your check because once it’s deposited it’s to late. Would not recommend them at all. Highly disappointed.

Alex and his crew are great. They explained what they were going to do and answered all my questions. Everyone was friendly, patient and hard-working. They didn't scrimp on materials... added more stone and thicker pavement than I expected. The surface is flawless. Smooth, tight, no washboarding. My neighbor came by and was so impressed that he ordered two driveways for his property. Alex's crew jumped on that as soon as mine was finished. This was one of best contractor experiences I've had.
