The overall process went real well.  Mark came out to do the estimate and review.  He was very knowledgeable and didn't try to oversell and was definitely low key and no pressure and highly encouraged me to go to their show room to look at the windows in person.  The window install process went very smooth (several employees were involved with the install).  They went the extra mile to do some extra capping after we asked them.  When checking over the screens, I saw something that looked like the screen mesh wasn't full on and they came out and fully corrected everything.  They didn't ask for final payment until everything was involved.  I was highly impressed that the warranty includes material and labor (outside of screens) for life.  I feel their windows cost a little more than most installers but I think it is worth it (much better warranty, work done by a local company in business for years, attention to details, and knowledgeable salesman who can explain things and offer the best possible solution for what you need).  Definitely encourage you to check them out at least for an estimate when buying windows.

These guys do a great job! they have done my siding, windows, and gutters. I am always very happy with their staff and their service.

We had windows in stalled quite a few years ago everything went fine with the install. We had a leak and found out it was from one of the windows not being installed correctly, we had extensive damage, most of the wood under the window had rotted away from water damage. The carpenter showed us the hole were the water was coming in and said this is what caused the damage? I called and they came out but we had already had the repairs done and had submitted a claim to our insurance co so he couldn't see the damage himself but I had taken pictures. He didn't think the damage was caused from the window and said well you got paid by your insurance company didn't you. I felt like he thought I was lying about it which made me very uncomfortable. Just be careful with their warranty, it seemed to me that he was the one who makes the window warranty decisions.

They performed the work on time, but they were a little sloppy. They broke my sons step stool and didn't replace it. In fact, they did not say anything about it after they used it.In 2011/2012, they would not stand by their 25 year warranty on our roof.

Mark met with us 3 separate times as we needed to feel like we were able to get what we wanted with a new Bay and Bow window. Well, all the time not intending to do all of the windows in the house. Mark was patient with us and also educated us as to where we wanted to go. It came down to a mutual design that made us happy. We lost the floor-ceiling window attribute in the LR but the replacement knee-wall/shelf is nice change all the while we have 4/5 windows that swing open whereas our previous windows did not open.
We had a total of 4 contractors give us quotes but in the end Milanese won the bid. The crew was 3-4 men most times who did and excellent quality work including installing two spotlights in the soffits that werent in the original agreement (I bought the fixtures and 30ft of romex and they installed it)
We will be using their services in the future.

I cannot praise this company enough. Mark was very helpful both in the showroom and when he came to our home. He was very patient and explained what is a very complicated subject (window ratings) in simple easy to understand terms. He actually told me that the most expensive windows wouldn't look right in my home and he was right. The installation crew arrived on time and conducted themselves in a most professional manner. When I noticed a small tear at the top of one of the screens, they immediately removed it to replace with a new one. We were very pleased with the price which was less than we expected.
As for Mark's stories, we enjoyed talking with him. Perhaps because we all grew up in the area.

We should have known when the rep was over an hour late that we shouldn't use this company, but we needed the job done quickly and price was comparable to what we were quoted by another door installation company.
The day of install, the rep contacted me to say that the doors we ordered came in as the wrong color and there was nothing he could do about it. Since I was literally in the middle of an out-patient procedure, I agreed to the different colored doors. Turned out the color was absolutely okay with us, but I don't see how you can confuse cream doors with dark green, especially when one had to be custom made.
Our front door has been fine. The custom fit kitchen door is a hazard. Period. Door slams shut and could esily take off the finger of a small child. We've had them out once to readjust and it still doesn't function properly. I've tried to reach someone in the office twice to rectify this and my calls haven't been returned.
I would never recommend this company. Terrible customer service and poor workmanship.

Overall, very satisfied with the work they did with the awning. Product continues to operate just great. I am hoping for a similar result with our pergola project.

Prompt, professional, easy to work with. Didn't try to sell us the most expensive thing (which is always nice). You can trust them! Even when a piece broke off (because of wind) a technician was out within a few hours.

Salesman came to our home and we selected the awning we wanted. He said "about 4 weeks." Awning was complete and installed in 3 weeks. Installers were prompt, courteous and professional. They were VERY clean with the project; no leftover debris for us to clean up. Family-owned company in business over 50 years. Top notch company with top notch service.

THEY WERE GREAT. THEY ALSO DO OTHER WORK AND IF I NEEDED SOMETHING DONE IN THE FUTURE, I WOULD CONTACT THEM FOR AN ESTIMATE.
