"I hired this company to waterproof my basement in October 2024. The installation process was professional and efficient, and they installed drains and a new sump pump. Five months later, in March 2025, the basement was waterlogged and there was water under the carpet. They came out and patched the floor, and I was told the issue was resolved. Now, in November 2025, the basement is waterlogged again. There is a significant amount of water under the carpet?an area that was supposedly repaired in March?as well as water in the storage area, which was the original reason I hired the company. The same problem has occurred twice within thirteen months of installation. The system is not functioning as promised, and the previous repair did not address the underlying issue. I am now requesting an immediate inspection and a proper fix"

He was the first to call me back directly, asked all the right questions to understand the scope of work and requested photos. We had been looking for a company that I felt comfortable doing our spray foam insulation in the completely un-insulated attic space for a few weeks before I found Robert Keeney from barrier spray foam and I am extremely glad that I was able to find them because I could not be more pleased with the service and the quality of the work that they produced. Robert was incredibly efficient, showed up exactly when he said he would to do a free estimate, he was very good at explaining the R values and the percentage that they would actually insulate the space and what his recommendations are and for that I am extremely grateful. We were scheduled quickly and on the morning of the assigned day Robert and his crew showed up promptly, they had everything they needed to start work very quickly, they all wore masks and were very respectful of our space and putting down tarps to cover everywhere that they walked. They started promptly, explained what they were doing, explained where they were throughout the process and let us know when they were ready to leave. They were in around 8:00 AM and left around 2:00 PM, their work is incredibly neat and we can't find a single fault with it! Thank you so much Robert and team from Barrier spray foam!"

"Chris and his team installed beautiful turf around our gazebo by the pool. Not only does it look great and is maintenance free, it’s like walking on a soft carpet. The dogs love it too! Chris was quick to come out in response to my request and quickly got our turf ordered and squeezed us in to get the job done before the pool is opened. The area on one side was tight so they did it all by hand rather than drive the skid loader over the concrete. They could not have been more accommodating, also working with us on raising an in ground electrical box. Excellent work done by the entire team. I would highly recommend!!"

Tino was very friendly and jovial. One of those people who you couldn’t imagine ever having a bad day. He and his partner got to work in the scolding hot, almost 100 degree day and finished our beautiful play set in 4 hours!
