Monday morning - 7:30 arrived, and eight painters ... that's right, eight (8) painters arrived and quickly got to work.  They completed the office, powder room, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom the first day, leaving after 3:00.    Each room got two coats of Sherwin Williams Duration Matte Finish Paint.  In addition to wall preparation, there were some minor repairs (caulking and sanding) to assure a good looking job.   The painters were conscientious and professional.  With the number of painters, each had an assigned job, i.e. taping, cutting in, rolling, etc.  The work was done efficiently with a job manager on hand to call for work breaks and to answer questions.

At 7:30 on Tuesday, four painters returned and finished the foyer, the dining room, living room, the hallway and the garage.
Later in the day, more painters arrived and helped to complete the entire job by 3:15!   So, the job was completed in two days instead of three. 
On both days, the painters were courteous, friendly and cleaned up.  We are very happy with the work done and feel fortunate to have met Nick and his crew of painters.  We will definitely call Ultimate Custom Painting again.  Thanks guys!

"Brian was at my house, within an hour of my initial call.  I think he sensed the terror in my voice when I called a second time to tell him that the bat was hanging on the exposed bricks of my chimney.  The total cost for bat removal was $298.53, which included a rabies test.  He would have knocked off $100, if I had taken the bat to the department of health myself.  I wasn't about to take the bat anywhere with me.  The total cost of repairs to prevent future intruders was $920.56.  This included a chimney cap,  additional screening on my attic vents, caulking both sides of my chimney from top to bottom, and he even treated a bees nest in my siding while he was there.  I did not have to take addditional time off work for all of the outside stuff, which I was grateful for.  Although I thought the $920.56 was high, it was significantly lower than what Critter Control had estimated similar repairs to cost a few years earlier when I hired them for an incident involving a flying squirrel in my vents.  Brian explained everything very throroughly and pointed out all areas where a bat could have squeezed in.
