I am so glad I found Andrew. He quoted us a terrific price and put up the fence and it relatively quick matter considering we had several days of whether below freezing. He communicated with me anytime that there was a delay due to whether and ask my opinion about how I wanted my fence to look. He went out of his way to make sure that my gate would work properly. Overall this was such a smooth and pleasant experience. My fence looks great and the solar lights are so pretty!

Andrew rebuilt our stair set from ground to deck top(10 feet high). He made precise cuts and used all top quality coated screw hardware. Super heavy duty now.

Andrew and Dayrn were here at 7:45a.m. prompt to clean my driveway and apply asphalt seal where they were done within an hour. As always, the work was excellent and fairly priced. First and foremost what a wonderful job was done by D&M Properties who rebuilt my deck. This was the first major project I have done to my home since buying it where I was extremely apprehensive as to what the experience would be like from friends and colleagues sharing stories about contractors lack of commitment and reliability once they secured a â job.â Let me just share that Andrew with his son Daryn, never missed an appointment and kept me in the loop on a daily basis if weather was going to play a factor in progress to build my deck as well as taking pictures every day when I had to leave my home. My deck was old and starting to rot where Andrew suggested a composite product which requires minimal maintenance. He also made recommendations but ultimately let me make the final call. I found being candid with this military veteran delivered the best communication style and shared my skepticism, Andrew never let me down and delivered the project one day earlier than anticipated. Andrew treated this project like it was his own home he was working on. I am more than happy to speak to anyone about my awesome experience with D&M and beautiful new deck.

We hired Andrew to replace our dilapidated wood deck with a new Timber Tech deck. It was a total transformation. We added a set of steps down the 1 side, it looks beautiful & we have received a lot of compliments from our neighbors.

We hired Andrew to install a new pine wood fence around our yard. He did a great job, it was a big project and we had tree roots and slate rock that made the project tougher than we realized. He worked very hard to install the fence and make it to our specifications.

Hired Andrew to replace a portion of our backyard cedar fence. He showed up promptly to see what was needed and gave us a reasonable estimate to do the work. After purchasing my new house I needed a fence installed for my Mastiff who has never been without a yard. Andrew came and quoted the fence the same day as we connected on Angi.. He started the project the following Monday and was finished by the end of Wednesday. He was very cognizant of the needs of my pup as well as my incoming Great Dane and made Fence a bit higher to make sure they would be contained and safe. Additionally, he was so kind and generous and threw in solar lights post toppers and a gate closer to insure â my kids would be safeâ . He did fantastic work and left the job site immacualate. I was so impressed with his work that I will definitely be using him for projects in the house in the future and already have him working on projects at my business.

Andrew is a magnificent contractor who did a wonderful job on our driveway sealing and our master bathroom tile work; tiling the floor and walls beautifully and to perfection! It came out so great and I'm so pleased with his professionalism and great work ethic. Not only that, but he also is such a caring and helpful contractor who helps you out any way he can. We are so pleased that we are using him for many more home improvement projects! And that's no easy feat, really, because I'm a picky perfectionist! LOL.
