"I am very happy with the work that was performed by Millennium. My mom had a stroke and the bath needed handrails, safety rails and a shower seat installed. We were also in need of additional hand rails installed on three different flights of steps. We had a very short time frame as my mom was just coming out of the hospital. Kip was extremely responsive and was able to complete the project quickly, under budget and to my mother's satisfaction. Kip worked with my mom to assist her in choosing the style and hardware that she was comfortable with. She changed her mind on the color of the bars halfway through the project, and Kip did not miss a beat and was able to keep the project on track. "Chris and his crew were excellent. The extent of Chris' knowledge was quite impressive. He made me feel like I was finally in good hands by showing and thoroughly discussing everything he found. During his inspection he checked every possible issue that could be causing the problems. He explained the repair processes necessary and showed me as he was doing them. They were courteous and cleaned up, leaving my property cleaner than when they arrived. They were very polite and more than willing to do whatever was necessary to help me complete the project as I wanted. "CMP was responsive, easy to work with, and at a fair price.  My driveway is approximately 1200 sq feet and had drainage issues.  They removed the old driveway and installed the new driveway along with a drain system to ensure drainage to the street.  In addition they power washed my steps and front bricks and painted the railing.  Overall the front of my house went through an overhaul and looks a thousand times cleaner and more attractive.  CMP was easy to work with and responsive.  I found it easy to communicate with them via email.  They were responsive and found the time to get the work done despite poor weather.  I would definitely work with CMP in the future."
