"We booked these movers about two weeks out and told them we had a small street. They said it would be no problem. They got here and told us they cannot go down the street. I suggested an alternate street as I am familiar with small street and know a great alternitive. Immediately the guy got rude with me, he took us trying to explain the situation as us trying to argue. He canceled and refused to do the work. Unreliable, unprofessional and the price is not worth the hassle of not being able to count on someone."

After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. "Stay as far away from Wayflower as you possibly can (we used them because of a broker, which is another HUGE mistake). From start to finish, Wayflower is unprofessional, unethical, lazy, and an absolute disaster. As shady a mover as we have ever experienced. They demanded cash after loading all our goods on their truck. But they refused to provide a bill of lading. Instead, they had my wife sign a blank BOL, then provided a fraudulent, filled out BOL the next day. No box counts. No bar codes. No knowing if all of our stuff was even on the truck. Upon arrival, they demanded the other half of payment in cash before they would unload anything. And demanded it with only half the load on premise. When they opened the trucks, the majority of boxes ( and plastic bins) were crushed or broken or both. No care at all for our belongings. The two-man crew, neither of whom spoke English, refused to reassemble furniture (despite the contract) and even tried to pretend to do so. The our one be"

"It went very very well. These strong, young men were professional beginning to end, including communication before moving day. I was not the easiest client to deal with and made several changes to the job and they were always patient with me and adjusted the quote. They handled each item with extreme care and always had a great attitude. I will absolutely re-hire for my next move or anything I need moved that's too big and heavy for my daughter and me to move on our own. Though this might not matter much, I also appreciated their clean presentation of themselves--they wore their company attire were clean cut, and well-spoken."
