The Warranty Stonecliff Homes gives.. we needed to hire legal counsel & now go to court after years of water damage and the home needs WAY OVER $150,000 of repair work from the water damage and the items we paid for that wasn't installed.. Our roof has the wrong size nails and not enough nails. WAS INSTALLED WRONG.. Our windows & doors are leaking & the top windows won't stay up when you open them. >> ANDERSON WINDOWS claims they are installed wrong... since 2012 our DREAM HOME WE BUILT to retire in has turned into a nightmare... It all started the same year we moved in.. And STONECLIFF HOMES PROMISED TO COME BACK to do the repairs... but that's all we got was a promise... As I have heard a lot of his other clients are going through these same problems.. My heart goes out to all of them... HOPEFULLY OUR COURTS will help all the victims.. If any of his other past clients want to share their experiences ...THAT WOULD BE GREAT
