"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He was professional and honest about what needed to be done. I was more then pleased with him and the company. I highly recommend .Chimneys are us."

"I AM LIVID WITH THEIR SERVICE. My husband and I have been living in our home 4 years without a single issue with our cooling system. We had UGI come out to "service" our system and said everything looked great....2 months later something with our compressor blew...that was $400. Then this morning, less than 30 days later, we apparently needed a brand new thermostat.....another $400 and guess what? MY HOUSE IS STILL NOT COOLING DOWN. So I called and said how it is absolutely ridiculous that there is still an issue especially after charging us to "fix" the thermostat. I am obviously frustrated. I work from home, its hot and I am pregnant with 4 pets in my home that are distressed from the rising heat and their customer service agent has the audacity to be BEYOND RUDE and tell me "to have a better day" as if it was MY FAULT...ok. It is very odd that ever since they came to "service" our central air system they've had to come back THREE TIMES and the system STILL NOT WORK. BEWARE!"

"Do not waste your time and money, go somewhere else. Mick's installed my HVAC system about 3 years ago. And It was the worst experience I've ever had with a household repair. Fast -forward to this past weekend where my HVAC unit went out. So I call another company and they isolate the issue, but it is an expensive part. So they say it would be best if I contact the installer ( Mick's ) for the work due to the warranty. So we get through and talk to a tech and explained the problem. Explained that it was already diagnosed and asked what the likelyhood that they had the part because it was short notice. He then snapped at us and told me to have the other guy do it. He was aggravated initially because we were asking clarify questions about what was covered under the warranty, so saying that we already knew the problem seem to set him off even more. We won't ever use this company again and will actively tell others to go elsewhere. If you value your time and money you won't use micks."
