We contacted the owner, who came out with two others, agreed the work was sub-standard, and said the problems would be fixed. After they left, several issues were still unresolved. Since then, he has not responded to calls or texts. We have photos and documentation of the problems. "

I was quickly contacted by Roof Right to set up and appointment and Randy came by to take a look and give me an estimate. He was courteous and professional, easy to talk to. We thought their price was fair and had a good reputation so we hired them. Scheduling was easy and the crew was there when they were supposed to be. The crew was very nice, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They worked quickly and efficiently. Payment through their portal was very easy too. I was on a very tight timeline for remodeling my living room, and they worked with me every step of the way. Jerry even came back at the end and cleaned up a lot of dirt that probably wasn’t even theirs. I will definitely be calling these guys again when I need some work done."
