He opened the tub up, laid out his tools and very methodically checked each component. He tested and tightened some loose wires and that was it. He explained to us that sometimes after moving and installing a tub wires become loose like this. No parts were needed. He is a very honest man. We've been using our hot tub now for over 5 months now with no problem."
