"DPP was amazing. We had a plumming emergency that turned out to be caused by a crack in our sewer line underneath of our home. As new homeowners, this was very stressful and discouraging. DPP came out quickly, identified the problem, and quoted us more fairly and affordable than any other company. They were also very helpful when it came to making an insurance claim. They provided all the neccessary documents and information. They educated us and answered all of our questions. They did the work very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be a life long customer."

"Jim saved me at a time I thought I was going to lose my mind. We bought a new house and after 10 things had gone wrong in the month following, I came home on a Friday evening to find water flowing from the ceiling in the kitchen from the hall toilet above. Jim contacted me immediately saying he was in the area. His first words were "Don't worry, man. I'll take care of everything for you." He stuck around til like 8pm on a Friday to reinstall the toilet properly and make sure it was no longer leaking. It's been a couple months and there's been no problems with the toilet since. "Initialliy, Done Right Today came out to quote a sink faucet job we needed done and we were quoted a price that was rather high. We decided not to go with them for the service, and I left them a 3 star review because of the cost and lack of explanation. I received a call and spoke personally with Ryan after he found out about my dissatisfaction due to the price and wanted to make it right for us. He explained why it was the initial cost and apologized that there was no explanation. He went ahead and offered the job for a much more affordable price. I went ahead and hired them back. they not only completed the job for us, but also did it for an even lower price then the adjustment they already made to the first quote. I really appreciate the efforts by this company and we do have another job for our full bath we plan on hiring them again for."

"My husband found Leakfix years ago for a leaky pipe and we have used them for several plumbing jobs over the years from more major jobs to small minor issues. David and Jason are great plumbers, honest, and leave your house cleaner then they found it. "I called Zoom Drain on the recommendation of another plumber after we had a recurrence of a main drain blockage. The reason he recommended Zoom drain was because they had the video equipment to review why we had the recurrence. Juan Carlos Borbon came out earlier than expected and explained clearly what he recommended: Use the camera to find the block and use the high pressure hose to clean the blockage. I decided to to go with his recommendation and the problem was dealt with quickly. Juan also clean out the main drain all the way to the street, which I did not even realize was included with the work.
He suggested we could do some improvements on the cleaned pipe but did not push the issue beyond a recommendation.
Overall I was very pleased with his demeanor and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Zoom Drain's services."
