The nominal fee went toward the estimate, which I thought was fair and reasonable. The cost I felt was fair, not cheap, but not expensive. Jack is very attentive to details, communicative, and was happy to explain what they were doing during the process. The craftsmanship was top-notch. "I called Zack and he said he would be happy to look at it, and he would call me the following week when his schedule allowed. He called and set up a time. He came out, looked at the problem, cleaned the gutters, and installed a filter on the front problem area. He said that the reason it would stay fixed was because of the trees near that part of the gutter/downspout area. The sticks and leaves thrown by the sycamore particularly were causing a blockage. The filter sits in the downspout and sticks up a bit so the twigs don't catch the leaves so much. The diagnosis appears to have been right! The last two rains there has been no spattering or erosion! He arrived on time, did a great diagnosis that was remedied immediately and cleaned the gutters...all done, solved."
