Rob's son-in-law, Jake, and his crew professionally completed the job in two working days. In addition to the difficult job, they cleaned up the debris, seeded and laid straw on all of the areas where the trees were removed. While the tree was removed quickly I have been waiting over two months to get the stump removed. When I call I just get excuses that the stump removal equipment is broken. No one will talk to me but the receptionist. Very frustrating."

I've contacted the crew chief who made the commitments, particularly since there is a warranty on plantings. Repeated calls and emails have not produced a result. So I strongly recommend avoiding this firm because they do not live to the commitments made."
