This was a difficult job because there were many nail and screw holes in the walls to be patched plus crayon writing and drawings to be painted over. The walls and wood baseboards and fireplace trim were cleaned and then the holes and cracks in the walls were repaired before painting. Then repainted a second coat over the patched areas to match the finish to the unpatched areas. I was very satisfied with the final result."

The nominal fee went toward the estimate, which I thought was fair and reasonable. The cost I felt was fair, not cheap, but not expensive. All of the work was 1:30 which included two new locks on the inside door. They were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves.
