For example, they missed the pot filler in the coffee bar plans and had to reopen the wall for plumbing. Poor planning also left us with a smaller bathroom than before, despite our request for a larger one. They repeatedly ordered the wrong items and acted as if we wouldn?t notice when trying to install them. We had to inspect their painting because they left unfinished areas and paint runs. The ceiling fan was never installed?we had to do it ourselves. The project manager, who promised oversight, was rarely present. Combined with repeated errors and overcharging, it was a frustrating experience. Too many issues to list. I do not recommend this company."
