"I can’t say enough good things about this company. My kitchen needed to be completely replaced from a pipe leak. Josh and his team went above and beyond. They got the job done fast also. This was one of the most stressful experiences I’ve had to live through but because of Josh and his team it was way less stressful. If you’re looking to get anything done to your home these are the guys to do it. The best thing about them was how nice of people they were. Also they won’t rip you off there prices are more than fair and the work they do I can’t say enough good things about how they did. Please anyone who reads this don’t waste your time hiring any other company these guys will take care of your home and also make you feel way less stressful about the experiences you maybe going through. Thank you so much for everything. You guys are truly a blessing. I will never pick another company to work on my home because I know no one will do a better job than Josh and his team. "

"I will start off with the initial dealing with MHI Roofing in Bethel Park PA. Our Condo Community had all the roofs on 6 buildings of total 39 units re shingled in June of 2024 to the tune of nearly $140,000. They were fast and efficient. However, a few weeks down the road we had some issues with items that should have been done as requested. Called the Site Supervisor, Cam Kinnee, submitted the service request, and it took over a month to get this service done and completed. A few weeks later, we had heavy winds and a flue cap blow off, mind you, these flue caps were original from 1974 and were in horrible shape. They should have been replaced, but MHI just painted the old ones. So, I contact Cam Kinnee again, he schedules service, this took another month to get this taken care of, or so I thought. Fast forward to January 2025, some winds blew another flue cap off, I contacted Cam Kinnee once more, he was unable to do anything, as he was in a training class. During my wait for him to return my message from Jan 22, 2025 to Feb 3, 2025. Still not service on the first flue cap by the way!... March 11, 2025 another flue cap on another unit had blown off. I contacted Cam once again, he said he would let his office know. I get a response from Cam informing me that he no longer works for MHI Roofing. Since then I have called MHI numbers about 20 times at MHI Office in Mt Lebanon, I have left messages, no returned calls, no one answers the phone... I am so frustrated with MHI. If you plan to use this company... Please reconsider... Once they have your money they do not service their work! Very disappointed! BEWARE OF MHI!!"

"BUYERS BEWARE! We were excited to sign the contract and really felt that this was the correct choice for a rental we own after reviewing feedback on Google, HOWEVER, we were so WRONG. Salesman assured us that was no difference between paying cash, credit card, money order, etc. To our surprise, credit cards ARE charged an additional 3 percent surcharge. This would have been nice to know after spending over 37,000.00 for a roof. Their response was, well we have no control over what the salesman tells you and there is absolutely nothing they can do about the surcharge. So as the roof was being installed we were told by the supervisor on duty that all the debris would be cleaned up upon completion but that did not happen. In fact our tenants sent us pictures of handfuls of nails, staples and debris that was scattered all over the gravel parking lot that surrounds the front and side of house. Called Bachman's the following day and they sent out a project manager to view the debris, but WE were REQUIRED to be there when he arrived. The project supervisor cleaned up some of the nails, but not all since he only had a tiny magnet and this is a huge parking area. He said the crew that installed the roof is from Trenton, NJ and he would need to send them out in the next few days to clean things up. He said that they use "hundreds of nails when installing a roof and if a hundred drop to the parking area, well that's pretty good", WOW! We were also told by the project supervisor that he was INSTRUCTED NOT TO LEAVE until he had a check in hand for full payment, even though the property is surrounded by debris, nails and staples. We did not have our checkbook on us at the time so he followed us home and waited outside our house until the check was handed to him. After giving him the "post dated" check, we told him to wait three days for the money to transfer to the checking account otherwise our account would be overdrawn WHICH HE AGREED TO. Needless to say, he cashed the check the VERY SAME DAY that it was handed to him, OUCH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, now we are facing over withdrawal banking fees. The only thing this company cares about is the money (and they need it IMMEDIATELY) even though you are not happy that your property is surrounded by staples, nails and roofing debris. The picture below was collected from only a 3' X 3' area. We are current owners of a family-run business for years and have NEVER and will NEVER treat a customer in this manner. Please take our advise and STAY AWAY. Bachman's is way over-priced and we should have chosen one of the 5 other roofing competitors who were at least 13,000.00 less than Bachman's. LESSON LEARNED THE HARD WAY."

"Never again. They were SO pushy. Guy wouldn?t leave our house for 2 hours trying to talk us into a much larger gutter job than we needed, while only one critical stretch of gutters were in urgent need of re-routing. That was too little of a job, apparently, until the guy ?talked with the boss? about a deal for the very next day. We said sure (mostly just to get him to leave), and the guy created a gutter plan. The next day, a CLEARLY contract crew showed up, didn?t even know what the gutter plan was and didn?t speak English so it was hard to tell him what to do since I myself didn?t even know the technicality of it all. Had their own branded truck, NOT Home Genius. Then they didn?t include 2 of the elements that were needed (and paid for) AND didn?t put in flashing correctly. 2 years later and a corner still drips from some shoddy job they did and supposedly fixed after original install. Then the company went through a phase of calling me 3 times a day from 100 different numbers. NO!"

"Working with Werley Home Improvements was a wonderful experience. They responded quickly, did an excellent job in a very short amount of time, and offered great solutions to additional problems discovered during construction with a very reasonable rate. We could not be more pleased with the finished result, and absolutely recommend this business and will be keeping their info for future jobs. Jim and his team went above and beyond to make our porches beautiful and sturdy for decades to come. They were respectful of our property and time, and made the whole experience painless, which for our first major construction job as homeowners was a relief and a blessing. Definitely recommended!!!"

"These guys are not only pros—they are true gutter artisans. After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."
