"He came next day and gave me a quote latter the same day. It was a fair quote for the work to be done, I gave him a check for materials and he started the job the next day. He ran into a problem with existing porch when he he tore out existing porch and gave me an option on how to repair and what it would cost him to fix it. It was fair .
