"Dean is a true professional in every sense of the word. From beginning to end was excellent. Dean responded on the same day I contacted him. He scheduled to come by the house and gave us a quote the very next day for a very reasonable price. He said it would take only 4 days and that's exactly what he delivered. He answered all our questions and even made paint brand & color recommendations. He went above and beyond in helping us find the color we had in mind but didn't know what it would look like on the wall. I'm glad we went with his recommendations because we love the color and how well the paint covers. He works free hand so there is no taping that takes extra time. He works very quite and fast, there were moments I forgot he was in the house. We felt very comfortable having Dean in our home. I use one subcontractor (my stepson) who has been with me over 5 years. My billing rate is $38/man hr. I do not have service charge, but I do have a minimum charge of $25.00 for service calls. I do free estimates and offer a discount to senior citizens.
