Tanya did a fantastic job painting our spare bedroom! It was formerly our now adult son’s room and had very dark green paint on the trim. The walls are now a beautiful warm shade of gray and the trim is white. No trace of the old green anywhere in the room. Amazing! The paint lines are all perfect and not a stray drop of paint anywhere! Tanya did an amazing job! So much better (and faster) than if we had tried to do it ourselves!

Tanya and Tammy painted two rooms in my house and did a beautiful job. The color in the family room brightened the room considerably and gave it a whole new homey feel. The kitchen is just the way I wanted it to be. She also painted the facade around the front door and it looks beautiful. They will be coming back to do additional rooms in the near future. If you want professional painters, then choose Painting by Tanya.

The painting project went very well. Tanya suggested a color that looked perfect with our newly installed countertops and backsplash. Our contract was detailed and well written. Her price was fair and the quality of work was superb. Tanya and her assistant were pleasant and professional. We were very pleased with the work that was performed and look forward to doing business with Tanya in the future. Highly recommend!!

Tanya was very helpful with color choices and gave great ideas and suggestions on what would look good in our dining room. By going with her ideas and suggestions our home feels more open and the rooms flow. Tanya and Tammy are both very professional and know their craft. Each room looks just beautiful and professionally done. I would highly recommend Painting by Tanya. to anyone that needs painting done. My husband and I are very please with all of the work that was done. Price was reasonable.

Previous owners painted the house to look like a circus tent. Tanya and Tammy are spectacular. They were able to suggest neutral colors in shades that suit us. The interior looks a thousand times better.

I had never had any home professionally painted, but when we moved into our new home, there was no way I could paint the hall around the staircase. Tanya came out to give an estimate within a few days of my reaching out, and offered suggestions for choosing a paint color, and also broke down her estimate by room, so that I could pick how much to have completed at one time. First, I just have to say that WOW the new paint looks SO. GOOD. The job took 2 days, which probably would have taken less time if the weather had cooperated. Tanya goes above and beyond and seals along the trim, so since the caulk wasn’t drying we had to wait to paint the bottom of the wall. Not a big deal, and this was within the original estimated time frame. The entire team was friendly, and left the house super clean— even putting back the outlet covers, etc., that we had removed previously. I would definitely recommend Tanya!

The walls were in rough shape to say the least, the wallpaper had been removed and some holes had been patched. Painting by Tonya done a fantastic job could not have asked for any better results. I would highly recommend them.

Great! Tanya and her team were professional and flexible. Results were beautiful, neat, and precise. I needed it done quickly based on our move in timeframe (we had bought a new house), and then due to heat not being turned on and the WINTER in April we have been having, had to delay our start - and she was very accommodating! Whenever I decide to re-paint she will be my first call.

The 1/2 bath and dinette area had been wall papered. The wall paper was stripped by others and posed a challenge as to preparation for painting. The painting of these rooms and the other rooms all turned out well and we are happy with the results. Tanya and her team were punctual and professional in the work performed in our home. We would recommend this team for painting services and would rehire for future work.

Tanya and her all-female crew did an excellent job. They cleaned up daily and did not make a mess of anything just like they were working on their own home. They take pride in the work they do and they are all great to work with. It took 3 days to complete our project. It was nice because they did the work while I was at work and they were gone by the time I got home. I feel bad when people are working and I am not helping. Their days are a little shorter (9AM - 3 PM) but I understand that considering the toll it takes on your body to paint especially if you do it all the time. As far as I am concerned, they did miracles on the kitchen. We have tall ceilings and our kitchen cabinets do not extend all the way up to the ceiling. There was no way I could paint behind those cabinets and not get it on the ceiling when I can't even do a good job painting when I have good access to a wall and ceiling to paint them. A kitchen like mine is definitely a job for a professional. Tanya even came in and helped me pick colors prior to painting since I wanted to have a good transition from one room to another since we have an open floor plan between kitchen and living room. She gave us excellent tips for future work we want done as well. I respect her opinion. She has a lot of great reviews and I am glad to add to them. She and her crew cares about what they do. Oh, by the way, she is excellent with dogs. Our dogs loved her and the crew. That was a big plus from the beginning. You won't regret hiring them to do your painting. We already have her returning in November to paint my husband's office and I think I'm going to add on more work before then. It's amazing how a great painted house makes you feel. We moved in 2 years ago and we just didn't feel at home yet but her crew has made it feel like home.

The rooms that were painted are beautiful. Tanya was so helpful with the selection of the colors. I was unsure exactly what I wanted but and with her expertise, the colors selected were perfect for our Williamsburg theme woodwork.

My rooms look beautiful. Tanya and her team did a fantastic job, were very reliable, and did an outstanding job of cleaning up each day before leaving. I was very pleased with the color consultation and very happy I followed Tanya's suggestion of making my fireplace an accent wall.

Overall it went very well. My wife and I provided some logistical challenges since we were trying to fit in painting and new rugs between settlement and moving in. Tanya was very flexible working with us and getting everything done prior to our moving in. The work was very good and she called a few different times with different suggestions. We took the suggestion on one of the walls in the family room and really liked how it pulled the family/kitchen/sun-room all together. The schedule was great, the quality was great and the overall communication and planning was very easy. We did get a few quotes and even though she wasn't the least expensive it is clear when going through everything that she is very thorough to understand the job so there aren't surprises later or disagreements on what is done or not. The only item not priced (which is clearly stated in the contract) is the holes/repairs on the walls. It is not a huge cost impact but just plan for some minor costs above the final quote. I tried to get some sort of estimate/guess on how many issues but she was hesitant to say. Ultimately I just ended picking up a max number of items to fix per room and there were no issues staying within the limit and the place looks great. We would recommend her work. It is clear she cares about the quality of the work and wants people to be happy with the end product.

We dreaded changing and updating our house for many years. We finally took the leap and started with hiring a painter. Thank heavens we found Tanya! When we told Tanya of our inability to decide on what needs changed and on colors and flooring and backsplash and counters, she said "I can help with that!" She did and we love it! Tanya and her staff did an excellent job on all the painting. They offered suggestions on improving and updating the rooms and gave great input on decorating ideas!

After my wife and I discussed the four estimates we had gotten, we both felt comfortable asking Tanya to paint our home. Once the contract was signed, our project was scheduled. Being a very particular person and lacking the talent to complete the painting myself, I was very specific in what I expected. I’m a stickler for smooth ceilings, smooth walls and straight edges where they meet. In addition, I wanted the ceiling fans, light fixtures, door knobs and all the covers for the electrical switches and outlets removed prior to painting. Needless to say, since I’m writing this review, I was very satisfied. Tanya and her crew were prompt, courteous and professional. It was also the first time I’d seen anyone detailing with an artist’s brush! The job site was cleaned up daily and the project was completed in a timely manner. I will contact Painting by Tanya for any future painting projects.

Tanya and her co-workers were great! Very professional and polite. They painted our large media room and did a beautiful job. The lines were straight and not a drop of paint was spilled anywhere in the house or outside. We needed the job done fairly quick and they were able to fit us into their schedule. The job ended up costing more than was quoted due to the fact that it took five coats of paint for the color yellow that we wanted for the walls. Tanya did a great job working with us and our schedule. We were having some other work done and she was able to rearrange here schedule in order to come back and put on the 4th & 5th coats before the other workers came.
