The majority of our work is with single family and multi family homes, both existing and new construction. For existing homes we provide energy auditing services with inspection and testing to determine which home improvements would provide a more comfortable and safer home with the least investment. An energy audit should be the first step in any plans for home improvements as it will prioritize the multiple tasks to insure the over all project provides "the best bang for the buck". We provide home energy audits for the local utilities (PPL, MetEd, PECO/EnergyWorks) energy efficiency programs and for programs like PA Home Energy, KeystoneHELP and Home Performance with Energy Star (HPwES). We handle the submission of rebate paperwork for home owners in these programs. We can provide Energy Star qualification services for major home rehabs which may qualify for incentive payments to the builder. For new construction we can work for the home owner, the architect or the builder to insure the home meets the proposed quality, comfort and energy efficiency desired.
