James was fantastic -- very thorough in his assessment, patient with my questions, and providing explanations and reasoning along the way. He spent over 3 hours looking at every detail and checking everything that has an impact on the quality and comfort of our home. I cannot say enough good things about his professionalism, knowledge, and openness to engage, explain, and think through different options and solutions. It was as if our quest to make our home more comfortable and energy efficient was his as well. He performed all the necessary steps in an audit, including a blower door test, thermal imaging, a thorough inspection of the indoor air quality and duct work performance, and answered all my questions. I would not hesitate to engage him in the future, for work or audit.

James arrived for work when he said he would and approached the job with an eye for detail. The painting was perfect and the new floor in my garage is now a showpiece. My house is for sale and the realtors have included my garage in the video (usually they don't include the garage in the virtual house tour).
He also has an energy audit certification and identified the proper and reasonable priced fixes for the extremely drafty areas of my home, including the gas fireplace. Since I was putting the house on the market I decided not to do this work, but have left True Management's business cards for the new owners.
I highly recommend this company. If they do the work, it will be perfect.

James did a total remodel complete with new flooring (including subfloor), insulation, plumbing...complete restoration. New shower, vanities, closets, etc. High quality work...he's a total perfectionist, with competitive pricing and a wonderful friendly attitude. James was a pleasure to work with.

Everything was done as quoted - work was completed on time
We had 7 interior doors that needed to be replaced as well as 2 sets of closet and quot;sliderand quot; doors.
We also needed new hardware on all the interior doors.
The price included purchase, delivery, and installation of the new doors, purchase and installation of new hardware for the new doors.
James was great to deal with, from our original call to the final installation of the doors and hardware. He was very responsive to our calls, and kept us up to date on timing. He and Mike worked quickly to install the doors and hardware ( over the course of 2 days) and answered all our questions. They cleaned up very well after the job, and we are very happy with the work they did for us.
We are having James do some additional and quot;handiworkand quot; for us as well, including an energy review of our home. We would not hesitate to hire him for other work
