Had a salesman come to my house for a deal to be a marketing house for their company. The deal was take it or leave it so if the salesman left I couldn't call him the next day to accept or think about it. Their prices are way too high and if I had the chance to compare I would not have signed with them. After signing all the paperwork I was told it would be 4 weeks for a new roof and then 6 weeks after that for solar. No one contacted me for 10 weeks and when they did they asked if they could send a salesman out to talk to me. After sorting that out and scheduled the roofers, they were only about to fix half my roof because of how the contract was written. After all that, the solar people show up to my house the next day unannounced and someone texted me from the office to wondering where I was at with the solar project. Way over priced unorganized office. Probably a better deal out there with less headache.

I contacted Pinnacle Exteriors and a salesman came out and I told him I was interested in solar energy, but that I wasn’t sure what my electric bill was going to be since I just had a new heat pump installed and only had it since July 2018. He told me I needed my roof replaced which I later found out was incorrect when I had another appraisal done I wasn’t sure whether I was going to stay here or move to Washington DC to be closer to my son. I suffer from a brain injury when I was in the service and have trouble understanding things. The salesman talked me into signing some papers but told me I could cancel them with a phone call, which I made the next day after he left. I didn’t hear anything more until January when I received a call asking me to ok a permit to do construction. I told that person I had canceled the transaction He said something like well we’ll get our money anyway. I didn’t hear anything else but started getting notices From Green Sky saying that they had a $6000.00 balance. I thought it was just another finance company try to loan me money. When I received a credit report claiming I owed them $6000.00, that is when I realized there was a problem. I will never do business with Pinnacle Exterior again.

It went great, they did a perfect job

We had Pinnacle install a new front door. The door came in exactly when they said it would, and their installers did and excellent job.

The job went as scheduled without a hitch. In fact, the gutters were replaced a day earlier than expected. We needed a slight fix with the gutters after we saw a leak in a junction with the first rain storm. I was very pleased with the responsiveness of Pinnacle to our call.

Excellent they were here when they said they would be cleaned up the mess so far I have had no issues with any work they have done and all looks great. They were very fast and efficient.

Excellently. The crew showed up promptly at 7:30 both days, worked hard & fast the entire day. Everything was perfectly clean each day before they left. every mail & scrap picked up. Extra materials were neatly stocked when they left, then promptly removed. Roof looks well-done & very attractive. Were very satisfied. (and the office men Wake came by or called each day to check with us).

From the very start this coming was professional. They provided me with firm pricing on everything I wanted and even pointed out a few areas of concern that I hadn't noticed. When it came time for the installation the crew leader Bob kept me well informed the whole time and answered all of my questions. When I am financially able to get the other windows done I will be calling Pinnacle Exteriors to do them too.

The project as a whole was completed to my absolute satisfaction. I had a few other estimates from other company's but i'm not going to lie i'm so glad i chose pinnacle exteriors rather than someone else. The whole project was completed quicker than i imagined and they were very thorough in making sure that everything went smoothly and pretty much perfectly. I had no issues with this company from start to finish, they were very honest and answered all of my questions. Usually my husband and i are very skeptical about who we go to for such large projects but we were able to put our trust in them which you can't say for most others. They're a smaller local company which i also felt was a benefit, instead of being ripped off by a commercial chain company, which my husband and i have experienced many times before. The price was right, because the product and service we felt outweighed it immensely. My roof had a lot of black streaks as well like most of our neighbors houses, but now it's been a year and it still looks like it was put on yesterday. I will continue to use this company for other projects i may need done. finding a company you can trust doesn't come around often, so i will stick with them and recommend them to anyone who asks, hence why i'm even writing this review because i don't write them very often. Overall i was highly satisfied and i don't think anyone could go wrong with choosing this company.

The company was great to work with. The man that came out Mike was informative and knew his product well. The customer service throughout and the crew were excellent. They cleaned up everyday and kept me informed the entire time. Highly recommended.

Came over and provided a solar estimate, but the entire process was weird. After checking out our property and roof, he proceeded to work up an estimate. He sat in our kitchen and worked quietly on as estimate while my family and I were trying to have dinner, do homework, get ready for tomorrow. Kids felt uncomfortable so they went outside as soon as they ate. Admittedly he did provide a thorough estimate but then pitched us with the "special incentive" that is just ending tonight. In the end the estimate was a little high but not unreasonable considering his attempt to sell us top of the line everything.

This contractor was very enjoyable to work with, I've waited for a few months after the project was completed to see if there would be any follow up issues and I can report that I am very happy with the quality of service provided. We researched several roofing contractors and solar installers as separate contractors and then decided to use a contractor that was competent to do both projects. Saved us a lot of worry about how the projects would be combined and who was responsible for what. In addition, we added a few items to our list, new gutters around the house as well installing a new skylight. Pinnacle delt with all this additional work in a very courteous and prompt manner. I was very happy with the time line they provided and they kept to it. I do not like constant communication with a contractor when there is nothing new to report and to their credit they contacted me only when it seemed necessary. In addition they took the time to answer some follow up questions I had concerning my new solar system that were not necessarily part of the install. I can whole heartedly recommend them for roofing and solar installs and will absolutely use them for future needs myself.

I had a very positive experience with Pinnacle Roofing. The impressive shingles they placed on my home completely transformed its appearance. I have since had heavy rains and have not been able to find any leaks. I was a little nervous to go with them because they did not have that many online reviews. Because of that, I want to share my experience with everyone I can. Here are the reasons I choose to go with Pinnacle Exteriors: The roof came with a five-year labor warranty. There was ALWAYS a member of their staff available by phone. This was very important to me because what good is a roof warranty if you are not able to reach someone. (If I had to leave a message, they called me back immediately.) The completion-by date was clearly stated in the contract as well as a clause that they would carry sufficient insurance while they were working on my home. (They had a two million dollar policy while they were roofing my house.) The shingles were warrantied for the life of the original owner with a transferrable 50-year warranty. (They are also very beautiful when installed) Their shingles come with the best algae protection in the industry. (From what I could find doing online research) Their pricing is competitive. They did an exceptional job cleaning up and were also nice enough to remove a humongous lightning rod off of my house free of charge. As I understand it, they have been in business for several years but have not had much luck getting their customers to post online reviews for them. Though my wife and I paid cash, we were offered low interest rate financing.

Good. Roof was done in two days, hot temps, guys were in and out, good clean work.

I had a water leak coming in. When the rep came out he showed me the where it was leaking. I decided to replace the roof as it was already 20years old. While talking with the rep I found out they do solar as well. I was a little skeptical about solar but I decided to try it out. They replaced my roof and put 10 panels on for me. The energy savings they said I would get was an understatement. I am saving more than what they said. I am seriously considering adding more now. They where polite and courteous and even gave me a great finance option. I highly recommend them.
