"He finished the roof but did not tell me about the error in his workmanship. He did not finish the whole work. Update 12/22/2021: He finished the roof and said he fixed the problem, he showed me how he was to complete the repairs and after it was complete the work was not done in the manner he said he would do it. A new problem was noticed with the shingles and they are overhanging on a peak of the roof and are not attached and will blow off with high winds. The second part of the job, to put two sides on the shed was not done properly, he is charging me to come out to fix it, which is ridiculous, that is why contractors put that in their estimates. He was going to come out on a Saturday but change to Friday since it was going to rain on Saturday, when he called me and by the time he arrived on the job site it would be dark, I told him I did not want him to work in the dark with a flashlight. he keeps giving me excuses on why he cannot come out on certain days for personal reasons. The job should have been completed in October, except for his constant excuses for not being able to come out. If the problems are not resolved by the end of the year I will escalate this by other means."

He answered my call and was at the house the next morning. Even showed up a few minutes early, whenâ s the last time you had a contractor do that? We had a drawn-out debate with our insurance company about coverage (they declined to get involved, naturally) and Noah was patient and helpful the entire way through. When they declined to assist, he made sure to work the bill to a number we could manage. His crew showed up on time, friendly, clean, and efficient. They put in a 12-hour day to make sure they got everything done as fast as they could so they could start drying the place out. One poor guy got saddled with 3+ hours of air chiseling the old vinyl tile up, but they still left with a smile. Every call and text was answered immediately or returned within minutes, day or night, weekend or not. All work was done to fit into our schedule. They were more than cooperative in helping make sure we knew exactly what was and wasnâ t salvageable, cleanable, etc. When the bill came due, Noah made sure to rework the invoice so we could split it over check and credit card payment. While I canâ t say the basement flood is an experience I enjoyed, working with Noah and his team was beyond an A+ experience.
