I have used Great American Sealcoating in previous years, but after a contractor dragged a heavy container across my driveway last year, it was damaged beyond repair and needed to be replaced... This year on the 1 year anniversary y new driveway, I called Great American Sealcoating and they gave me an estimate and I scheduled for them to come by and perform the work. Due to weather issues, we needed to reschedule, but their office staff was very easy to work with and very accomodating to my schedule. They sent a confirmation email the day before they were scheduled and then came on time to do the work. They were super neat and did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring driveway sealcoating. Great job all around!!! I will definitely use them again the next time my driveway requires sealcoating.

With weather issues job had to be pushed a few days; they were obviously busy. Showed up when they said, discussed my questions with them and they went to work. They blew off the driveway, filled the cracks, then laid out the sealer and spread it out evenly. They were efficient and professional. Looks very good now, but my total satisfaction will be based on how it wears over time.

submitted request for quote over website, got response to set up estimation the next day. Pricing was comparable to what I paid 3 years ago so felt good about the pricing. Team scheduled work at my request while I was on vacation to keep traffic off the drive while it cures. Returned home to find a job done well, cracks filled, and driveway edges neatly cleaned and sealed. work holding up well 3 months later.

Office answered every time I called. Reminders provided day before work was scheduled. Crews showed up on time. Work was done with great care and professionalism. Great company to deal with. Will use again.

Overall very pleased with the service at the price that I paid. Would have been happy to pay more to get total crack filling done. My driveway had/has a fair amount of "alligatoring". However, I never had the opportunity to speak to someone with experience who actually saw the driveway before the crew arrived to do the job. The man in charge of the crew spoke English, but not well enough to describe to me in detail the work they planned on doing, and I know he didn't have the authority to "add on" the extra work I would have liked to have done. Will use them again in the future, especially if the rubberized crack filling that was done holds up well over the coming winter.

Team arrived when promised and did a good job.

Called on Oct 4th and left detailed message as instructed so they could come out and provide an estimate. I received the estimate in the mail on Oct 13th with a date of Oct 10th, so they had come by over the weekend. Unfortunately I had already hired another contractor before I received this estimate. The estimate was $330 vs $190 I paid. However, based on his estimate the crack sealing seems it would have been more completely repaired and the price seemed to reflect that. The job I had done by another contractor was pretty much the same as I've done in the past. In future I would contact Great American again if I want to reseal the driveway and have a better job done on the cracks.

With so many companies providing sealcoating, it was tough to pick one. But Great American Sealcoating promised environmentally and pet friendly materials, which was important to us, and the reviews on Angie's List were promising. Tim came to the house to scope out the project, and patiently answered questions about the work to be done. Given the size and condition of our driveway, the price seemed reasonable. Due to circumstances and weather, the appointment needed to be postponed twice, but the company communicated well with us, and the crew arrived on the appointed day as promised. They completed the job in about two hours, and we stayed off the driveway for 72 hours. We can see what the company calls "shadow lines," where the cracks were filled with sealant, but the written materials we received prepared us for that, so we're not concerned. Otherwise, the driveway looks great, and we are pleased with the results.

I received excellent service with my request for a quote. I was called back the same morning. A through proposal spelling out the entire scope of work to be done was provided within two days. I selected them and again asked for good materials. They reviewed the information they provided and spelled out what they we using and doing. Kept off it for 4 full days to make sure all dried. I cannot believe the excellent way it turned out. These are the only firm I will recommend and use as long as I am at this location. period!

This firm deserves the A reviews it receives.  After my coating we noticed white spots on parts of the driveway.  I called and they sent someone to inspect.  The spots were caused by rain or sprinkler water getting on the fresh coating.  
Most companies would have left me with this and called it a day.  I received a call from Great American to come back and reseal. They offered to come right away but my wife has Hosta's lining the driveway and did not want to have them cut in order to be able to get to the edge of the driveway.  I discussed this with GA and they agreed to come back after the summer.  They came yesterday  9/23 and resealed the driveway.  It looks great and I can honestly say its the best sealing job I have ever received and I have had many over the years.
Overall, this is a serious and professional business.  From their very slick estimate to the fantastic job, I don't think anyone will be disappointed.  So, don't be fooled by lower prices, get a great job that will last for several years.

Excellent experience. Well priced as compared to competitors. Did a great job sealing driveway without getting sealer on Belgium blocks or landscape. Product they use has held up great even after a year later, the driveway looks like they sealed it yesterday. We have a couple cracks that opened up again over the winter and they came back and refilled them - again doing a great job.

They did a nice job and were much cheaper than other companies around town. They sealed two large cracks and the end result looks very nice.

We were extremely happy with the service from this company.  Our driveway had many cracks and they did a good job filling them and coating the driveway with sealant by brush.   Also, due to a very rainy month, it was hard to schedule and they  had to reshedule once but we told them we had a graduation party coming up and we needed it done at least a week before the party and they came through!

They came out initially in Oct of last year and seemingly did a good job seal coating the driveway.  But the seal coat did not last the winter.  I called them at the beginning of the spring and they promptly came out to take a look.  Because they guarantee their work for one year, they agreed there was an issue and scheduled the repeat sealcoating.  No issues so far in the month they've re-sealcoated.  I just hope it lasts.

We got them from Angie’s List. Our driveway looks great and they clearly spent a lot of time filling the cracks. We had several cracks. We had about 200 feet of cracks and they filled them wonderfully. The driveway looks beautiful. We had a couple of people come out and they were all the same on price. They were very quick. They had to reschedule it because of the rain. They called and we knew ahead of time of what was happening. They were great and we would recommend them to others.
