"He did more than one thing. He removed a crumbling sinking brick wall (side of house) down to the foundation and rebuilt from the footer up. He also installed a new paver front walk. You could not ask for a more talented guy and hard worker. I would say all work was excellent and I am very fussy. Even with all the trucks and heavy equipment used, there was minimal yard damage which he repaired. Would use again in a heartbeat."

"My wife and I just had Oakland give us a quote, plan and then install, pour, a 8.5 cubic yard patio after removing the trex deck that it was time to retire around our inground pool. After removal of the deck it was discovered that there was electrical work that needed to be rerun to our pool pump house and a Jacuzzi we were replacing. This they had no problem incorporating into the job without batting an eye. Communication was good. And from the plan, to scheduling, to actually accomplishing the task, considering the bad weather we were having, everything was done professionally, and on time in spite of whatever obstacles were thrown in the way. The crew was professional and courteous, and went out of their way to protect all that was necessary around what they were doing. They went out of their way to meticulously clean up the job and ensure everything was to our complete satisfaction before calling it done. All was done in a timely manner in spite of the atrocious weather they had to work around and through in getting it finished. Removed existing poor grass,raked leveled the more weed block with river rock cover. Remaining lower track of grass removed replaced with sod Installed landscaping ties as border between rocks and sod. Suggested install of 3 arbivitae for privacy. "They arrived promptly when expected and executed the work to my complete satisfaction. The injection holes for the lifting foam don't stand out too badly and they only had to drill a few of them. The sidewalk was lifted to its proper height. After the lift, the sealing was applied and coated with quartz sand, more attractive than the original black material."
