"My wife and I have been wanting a patio for a number of years.  Mike came out punctually for our estimate and could not have pleasant and professional with his ideas and kindness.  After talking with my wife and researching the company on Angie's List, we decided to go with them for our project.  We had a plan for the patio but Brian provided some other small tips that has made our project really stand out for us.  
Brian, Mike, and Fernando could not have been nicer guys and were so easy to work with.  When they got here on the start day of the project, I let them know what we wanted, with a few changes, and he provided a lot of knowledge with what could work better with our backyard.  The colors Brian suggested for our pavers was spot on and really goes awesome with the retaining wall.  They were punctual, courteous, honest and hard workers.  I am in the moving industry and always appreciate seeing hard work.  There is no way I would ever think about hiring ANYONE besides Brian and his crew.  Thank you guys for making our yard into what we never thought we could have imagined.  Your guys truly are awesome!!!!   We'll be calling you in a few years for another project!

"I called The Driveway Lady to get a quote and ideas on how to solve a difficult problem with my concrete porch. My home was built in the late 1800s and has a large raised concrete wrap around porch surrounded by beautiful stone walls. Replacement would be prohibitive, but there were some substantial cracks and pitting. It was like walking on an ocean reef, it was so rough, and the repairs made to the cracks wouldn’t hold, but Jean determined that it was otherwise secure with no water penetration below. She suggested they repair the cracks with hydraulic cement and then coat the entire surface with Miracote to seal both the cracks and smooth the surface and protect from future pitting. They worked with me to get the color right when I didn’t like the initial application.  Jean stands by her work and does an outstanding job. The people she has working for her are also courteous, pleasant and easy to work with. I can’t recommend her and her team enough."

"A+ Landscaping did an absolutely outstanding job designing and constructing a new patio for us. When originally built, our house had a 10'x12' concrete pad that was not very functional. We wanted a new and larger patio that would be conducive to outdoor entertaining and also be very attractive, while also complying with local stormwater management ordinances. Marcus came out to our house, sketched out a design, and gave us some great ideas. When completed, the patio was about 450 square feet, with Techo Bloc permeable pavers, sitting walls, pillars, and and low voltage lights on a timer. ([*** Link removed ***] This was not an easy project, as the local Township stormwater management regulations required careful planning, extensive excavation, and an infiltration bed to be installed underneath the patio. In addition to the patio, A+ Landscaping also installed some river rock in an area where grass doesn't grow well, three large stepping stones, new mulch beds and plantings along one side of the patio as well as along one side of the house, and also installed three pop-up rain spouts in the yard. They started the project when promised and worked straight through until completed four days later. They also reseeded areas that were excavated. I am biased, but I believe we have the nicest patio of the more than eighty homes in our community! We spent about $17,000 for everything, but that included the patio and landscaping work. It was well worth the investment."

"I had to purchase material needed for the repair prior to the guy coming which wasn't ideal since I wasn't 100% sure what was needed but I got it close enough and he took the area apart and patched it up and gave me very clear instructions on what to do to give it the best chance of lasting (second coat of paint and checking the caulking in a few weeks). Very helpful and it turns out that all of the leaking, including what I thought was seeping under the wall, was from this area of rot and we've had no more problems in the 10 months since the repair was done. "Due to other, probably larger projects, ours was put a bit on the backburner and finished later than initially thought, but it was no sweat for us.
The repointing was done well and thoroughly, as far as we can judge, but we had some issues with the water-proofing. The agreement was that our windows would be covered while that Hydropel (water repel) stuff is sprayed upon the bricks, but that didn't happen, so we ended up with sprinkles on several windows. Plus the job was done so fast that I did not quite believe it had been done thoroughly. Considering the price for the project, the resulting salary per hour would have been huge.
After indicating that to the owner, he had two guys come out again, clean up all soiled window panes, and thoroughly re-do the entire water-proofing while covering the windows with plastic sheets.
All's well, I suppose.
