Jason responded to the phone call right away and set up a time to come by. He worked with our son to locate the leak and advise as to how it should be repaired. And then he did. His charge was fair. I would hire him again.

Rich showed up on time on both occasions and did the job quickly and efficiently. I got the parts cheaper on eBay than he could get them himself but he had no problem using my parts to perform the repairs.
