Agreed to install gutters on Sept. 27, but didn't show up. No phone call before or after to explain. Arrived on Sept. 30 and did the installation - lucky that I could be home at the time. Explanation for not showing up on the 27th? - we were in Pittsburgh doing work for a contractor. Work went fast and looked good. First rain, however, produced lots of dripping at the front of the carport - right where we walk from the car to the front door - and some dripping at the back of the carport. Called to report problem and was told someone would come over and look at the problem, but would call first. That was a week ago, and I've heard nothing from them. Left a message this morning - still looking for someone to come over and look at the problem. Situation to be continued...

My experience with K B Spouting was good. They did excellent quality work. The only place I will give them less, maybe a B would begetting them him, Summer is gutter time. They were working outside and it's hard to get work in the rain and they're very busy. They did good work, very fast, they do the job quickly, very fast and very professional. You can leave a message and maybe a week later they'll get back to you.
