SCOTT'S APPLIANCE SVC

We moved into a house with an existing dishwasher in April 2014. The dishwasher had worked fine until a few days before Christmas when it started leaking from the front underneath onto the floor. We called Scotts and he said he could come out on the 23rd of December which was fine. He gave us a time and ended up being late by an hour and never called to let us know. I even called him and left a voicemail because I thought maybe I'd gotten the time wrong. No apology for being late, no explanation.
Worked on the dishwasher for a while, said he needed to order a part and left. We never heard back and called him several times to check on the status (because we're a family here, in a small kitchen, without the use of a dishwasher OVER THE HOLIDAYS). We finally got him to come back to the house to install the part (weeks later) and he said the part was wrong and didn't fit so he'd need to order another part. Anytime we asked for an estimate on it we were just "it's on order". 
We finally gave up and told Scott's not to bother and went with another repair person. 
Terrible customer service, couldn't fix the problem in over a month's time.

He addressed every issue that we were having. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain each individual issue. I would recommend them to anyone needing repair.
