"The inspector from the code office came out and gave us the stamp of approval saying that the repairs had been done properly and that nothing else needed to be done. He did all of the repairs without having to pay anything up-front. This was a great experience."

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"Howard did a pretty good job on time for my basement bathroom project. The price is reasonable."

"Work was done in a timely manner. Mr. Spicher was always on time. I have an old house and therefore there were challenges. Mr. Spicher did an excellent job of overcoming those challenges and as a result my floors are beautiful."

"I have seen the talent, passion, and technique that goes into all of Curt's projects. He won't accept anything less than the highest standard of quality of himself and for his customers. Curt is one of the few guys I would trust to help me with any of my own personal projects. He has a extreme talent and a precision skill set for laying ceramic tile, he does great drywall work and any type of finish carpentry. He is capable of just about anything and he always finds a way, despite any setbacks, to get the job done. I would highly recommend Curt and his helpers for any of your needs of a Handyman!"
