When Penoco first opened its doors in April of 1988, founders Donald Peno and Timothy Sommer wanted to provide their customers with unbeatable service. Not just any service but a service no one else in the environmental contracting industry would be able to match. By continuously offering the best quality of work, along with the most courteous and professional experience, their business quickly grew and to date, has resulted in nearly 7,000 successful jobs. By 1996, Penco had grown immensely, taking on countless jobs and hiring several more employees. The time had come to relocate from their cozy office at Cato Park to a much larger space in Pleasant Gap. In 2009, to accommodate the company's continuing growth, the building went under major interior renovations. Over the past 25 years, Penoco has presented superior service to residential homes, offices, churches, hospitals, and schools. They have been known and trusted for their experience and excellence in asbestos building inspection and abatement, mold inspection and remediation, radon testing and mitigation, and lead-based paint testing, along with interior demolition, shot blasting, floor preparation, and building inspections. Before purchasing a home, or beginning construction or destruction, allow Penoco to perform the essential inspections and assessments, followed by the necessary removal and abatement processes. "job was done in a timely manner, however was not done in a professional workman like manner, Which the contract states it would be done. When the estimator came he explained what would be done to eliminate water issue. When we asked how does water get removed outside and how they would undermine stairs and walls he simple stated the installers will go over that with you when they come. The installers said they would be channeling under the step and walls, which are only 2 1/2 inch walls. The last step was also a simple channel as well. More time consuming perhaps, when you charge $3000.00 more than another contractor, homeowners are believing they are getting a professional job! They cut her stair runner instead of peeling it back so it could be glued back down. she needs replace whole runner now and company could care less including there estimator! sheetrock replacement also more expensive because took a hammer to the walls instead of saw zall, nice straight lines! also have photos."

Having cobwebs in your home indicates you may have an issue with spiders entering your property. While spiders are mostly harmless, some venomous bites can cause human problems, such as a brown recluse or black widow. Regular vacuuming and dusting, keeping clutter to a minimum, and keeping your lawn trimmed and tidy are a few natural ways to keep spiders out of your home and remove the temptations that attract spiders.

Homeowners insurance usually doesn’t cover foundation cracks. They are considered normal wear and tear that every home undergoes. Your foundation in general is likely covered for things like fire and water damage, but most companies don’t insure damage caused by settling, shifting soil, earthquakes, and floods, which commonly lead to foundation cracks.

Self-management is possible but requires significant time investment and an understanding of legal and operational responsibilities associated with property maintenance.

Yes, suggesting repairs, gutter cleaning, and sealing as needed.

A convenient method to verify your warranty status is by visiting the manufacturer's website and entering your unit's serial number. The relevant information should promptly appear. However, if it doesn't, there's a possibility that you may have unintentionally voided the warranty by neglecting to register your equipment at the time of installation. If you did register and need help finding the information, you may need to call the manufacturer's customer support team.
