However, they were totally unreliable. I was leaving for 2 weeks but no appointment was available the week before my trip. So I scheduled the appointment 3 weeks later. On the day of the appointment the website said the estimated arrival time was 9:30 AM. Nobody had showed up at 1 PM so I called their help number multiple times throughout the day and every time I called I was assured that the technician would be there before 5 PM. The last time I called was at 4:40 PM and while I was on the phone with the technician who continued to insist the repair person would show up, I received a text that the appointment was canceled (15 minutes before the close of the window). Nonetheless the technician said the text might now be correct and I would receive a call within an hour to update me. Nobody ever called. I had already provided payment for both the repair and the part so I rescheduled the appointment for the earliest possible date which was 4 days later. It is now 2 PM on that date and I have received no texts and nobody has shown up. I called the number for the support staff and got the same run around. I was told again somebody would call me within an hour to verify the time of arrival. I have been waiting but nobody has called. They insist there is no way to call the repair person directly and I just have to wait. I will never use this service again and I think it is a scam where they extract payment and then keep not providing the service."
