"Our large Toll Brothers home, which we built in 1995, has three heating units and three air conditioning units. We had not cleaned the system air ducts since building the home. Angi/Home Advisor referred us to Clean Air Duct, Inc., and Albert gave me a call within a few hours after I submitted the project online. He came to our Richboro home that very afternoon, looked at our HVAC equipment and several of our vents, and then explained the process, using photos from previous jobs. At my request, he also explained the "fogging" add-on that so many contractors push in their online ads. He did not find it necessary for our home, given what he had seen during his inspection and the absence of a noticeable mold problem. The estimate he provided was reasonable, and he scheduled an appointment less than a week out from the visit. He came at the scheduled time early in the morning, with equipment that appeared modern and well maintained, and worked professionally and diligently until the work was completed early that evening. We asked him to add on a dryer vent cleaning, which he did, at a reasonable fee. He photographed his work. It was very well done. The contractor who installed our heating and air conditioning units 25 years ago, and has serviced and maintained them since then, came to our home the day after the cleaning to perform annual maintenance on our heating system, and was complimentary of the work that Albert had performed the previous day.
