I contacted Russ when I found out that a bird had made a nest in our ductwork from our kitchen range hood exhaust fan. I was concerned that one had died based on the smell. Russ responded quickly and assured me that his company could resolve the issue. He also described the process and gave me up front pricing for the service. Russ arrived on time and performed the work exactly as described. I was thrilled that he also had on his truck a special cage to install around the duct housing to prevent future infestation. Russ was a pleasure to work with and was very professional. He even accepts debit card as payment. I would not hesitate to hire him in the future for my duct cleaning services.

Bill and his partner called before arriving as requested due to dog issues. Asked if they should remove their shoes before entering house. They thoroughly cleaned the dryer vent, hoses through top of home and installed some clamps and hoses for future efficiency. They "dust busted" the laundry area as well as the foyer. Tested the dryer. Took about 45 minutes. Couldn't be more pleased and will use again.
