Ace Duct Cleaning

Bill from Ace Duct Cleaning is a great guy. Very kind and informative. He called the night before to confirm our appointment and even called to let me know he was running a few minutes late, which i didn't mind at all, I thought that was very professional. His helpers were nice and fast working. The job took about 45 min to an hour. They got here and went straight to work. The machine was definitely on because you could hear it throughout the house. They cleaned every register and the main return, which his helper opened up and let me take a few picture of how bad it was in there. Considering we just bought the home and it has never been done, Bill said it was definitely needed but not as bad as previous customers he has done. After they left, the air quality felt instantly better in the house. For the price I would definitely do it again when needed. Bill doesn't rip you off like some of these other companies... the price he gives you covers all registers (unlike some companies who only cover a certain amount) and there aren't any hidden charges!! Give local and small business owners a chance!!! Thanks Bill!

This company was trying do deceive me as a customer by providing a lousy service. I had to send them back when I saw that they did not even connect their vacuum to the duct system; they just put the hose under my heater. There were no suction in the system at all! The vacuum was just making noise and the cleaning guys were pretending that they were cleaning the system. This is absolutely unacceptable!

Owner was very responsive.  Returned my call promptly to schedule the work.  He called again to confirm and showed up right on time.  Was friendly and professional.

I just purchased and moved into a home and the previous owners were smokers with pets who burned a lot of candles to cover the odor. I wanted to have the ducts cleaned before I needed to use the AC. When I called Ace the owner, Bill, immediately answered. Bill was extremely friendly and after a few questions gave me a quote over the phone. I asked to schedule and he said he had an opening for the very next day, Saturday. He called about an hour prior to the appointment just to let me know he was on schedule. He arrived 3 minutes early. His two associates went straight to work while he took the time to tell me about my system and gave me suggestions for care and maintenance. After the cleaning was complete he turned on the unit to make sure everything was working well and even showed me how to use the programmable thermostat since I was unfamiliar with it. The sanitizing stuff they used made the whole house smell fresh and clean.

After getting through the extensive mold remediation, we were told that air duct cleaning was needed to make sure all of the ducts and vents were clean too. We started to check companies on Angie's list and also different companies in the area where we live. We also looked at some of the ads in the monthly Clipper magazine and in fact, called most of the companies about their services. Unfortunately, when we explained what we needed, there was always those and quot;additional costsand quot; that were not part of the ad so we went with a service that would take care of our entire house for one set price. When we called Ace Air Duct Cleaning Service, the owner, Bill Grant, took the time to explain how their company worked; what they covered; and, what type of power machines they used. When he explained that everything would be covered for one price with no and quot;hiddenand quot; additional costs, it sounded like what we needed. As it turned out, it was. They were very professional and yet took the time to explain everything they did at each step along the way. I would definitely use this company again and also refer it to my family and friends.
