"Steve assembled a trampoline for me in about 3 hours on a Friday morning. He was kind, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the whole process. He broke a bolt during installation and drove to the local hardware store to replace it. He also hauled all the trash away for a small, reasonable extra fee that was negotiated in the spot. Zero complaints. Just good work. Steve will be the first person I call for assistance with other jobs from now on for sure. Thank you!"

"We had our hot water heater fail Friday evening. I logged on to Home Advisor and did a request for service and was matched with 3 professionals for my area. The preferred professional that was listed did not even contact me at all. E&G called me the same night, well technically at 12:30am, which was amazing. I explained the situation which at that point I had under control, since I had turned off the breaker and shut off the valve to the hot water tank to stop the water that was flooding our first floor. He was very curteous and professional, after discussing everything he said he would call back in the morning to follow up. 9:08am I received a phone call from E&G as promised to ask how things were going. Up to this point no other professional has yet to contact me. After some discussions I agreed that I need their help and E&G agreed to do the work. By Saturday afternoon the hot water heater was replaced, the old one was taken away, and I became an extremely happy customer. You have won me over with your level of service, professionalism, and fair pricing. I even explained that we have dogs and cats which was not an issue for E&G, Comcast service technicians aren't even this pet friendly. I will definitely and highly recommend E&G to my friends, family, and co-workers."

Nest Installation questions, answered by experts

If a coyote approaches you, never run away, even if it goes against your natural instinct. Make yourself look big, shout loudly, and throw something in the coyote's direction. Be persistent and continue these scare tactics until they move away. Then, you should move away slowly, always facing the coyote.

As you know, mice adore peanut butter, but who doesn’t? Beyond that sandwich staple, rodents are drawn to berries, grains, seeds, meat, and, yes, even cheese. They also eat pet food in a pinch and feast on plant materials, leftovers, and anything in the trash. In other words, mice aren’t picky.

No, mothballs do not keep bats away. Not only are mothballs completely ineffective when repelling or removing bats, but using them could be illegal, depending on where you live. Remember, bats are federally protected, and it's illegal to use chemicals during the removal process, and mothballs tend to fall into this category.

Raccoons can spread viruses and bacteria to humans and pets, including rabies, canine and feline distemper, parvovirus, Salmonella, and leptospirosis. These can all cause a range of illnesses.

Yes. While cellar spiders can seem creepy or scary, they’re essential to the ecosystem. They feed on smaller insects in your home or elsewhere, keeping those populations in check. They’re also food for birds and small animals, so if you let a cellar spider live and simply transport it outside your house, you’re letting the natural cycle continue undisturbed.
