"We had our hot water heater fail Friday evening. I logged on to Home Advisor and did a request for service and was matched with 3 professionals for my area. The preferred professional that was listed did not even contact me at all. E&G called me the same night, well technically at 12:30am, which was amazing. I explained the situation which at that point I had under control, since I had turned off the breaker and shut off the valve to the hot water tank to stop the water that was flooding our first floor. He was very curteous and professional, after discussing everything he said he would call back in the morning to follow up. 9:08am I received a phone call from E&G as promised to ask how things were going. Up to this point no other professional has yet to contact me. After some discussions I agreed that I need their help and E&G agreed to do the work. By Saturday afternoon the hot water heater was replaced, the old one was taken away, and I became an extremely happy customer.
