"Steve assembled a trampoline for me in about 3 hours on a Friday morning. He was kind, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the whole process. He broke a bolt during installation and drove to the local hardware store to replace it. He also hauled all the trash away for a small, reasonable extra fee that was negotiated in the spot. All up-to-date and super easy to turn on/off. Plus, installed new Hot and Cold valves for tub in main bathroom that go with older style of tile and shower b/c originals had worn out and were leaking. Great to have this tub and shower available again for use! Did the work i requested, no pressure to upsell, but made some great suggestions for improvements at much better price than competition.
