The fellow who came to give me an estimate told me it would take weeks for them to do it. I had to clean up my house for sale on Thursday and I needed this done. When I called the company and said that I'm in an emergency, they said they can get here the next day. They came within a day. I went upstairs and there was a gap in one of my windows so I went to weather strip it and I noticed one of the paint seemed to be loose in an area. I called immediately and the guy came right back and explained to me that it takes a while for the putty to set and what I was seeing was normal, etc. I felt kind of stupid calling them and he said he should have explained it to me and said he was very sorry. He said they rather I call them now than not call them. I was very impressed with them. I would use them in a millisecond again."
