"The painter showed up on time to measure the bathroom. He was very polite. That was almost one month ago. He never called with an estimate. Since it is not my responsibility to follow up, I did not call him. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company."

"This would take an entire book to write how awful the job was done and never completed. This all started in July of 2024 and here we are in April of 2025. Troy and Lisa aka Mike only arrived for 2 hours on 4 different occasions. They had every excuse in the book not to show up family members passing away, stuck in traffic so turned around and weren't coming, they were sick etc. The door they ordered for the delay in September was damaged but would exchange it for a new one. I never saw the door. There is wall paint on the trim and trim paint on the walls. They never did a second coat in any of the rooms. I had to reach out to them over and over again just to get a response. They were always going to call the following morning never did. They walked in the paint and ruined the Master bedroom carpet. They were supposed to hang the ceiling fan and that took forever that was the most time they were here because they had NO clue what to do. They were supposed to do a walk through and that never happened and blamed Sherman Williams. It was lie after lie. I just received a text last week stating they would call the following day and no answer to my text and never called! This is a total scam. Sherman Williams even verified it takes 4 hours for 1 coat to dry well they claimed they did 4 coats and not 2 were even done. They were only in each room for approximately 1 hr. Didn't even finish the job. If I could give 0 stars I would. I never received the door or the paint the following day as promised to do the so called touch ups, which in reality a second coat needed to be done. So off to court I go. Oh, and the 5 star reviews be careful because they write them not customers."

"Were to prep walls and paint. Walls not sanded looked sloppy paint slopped on door frames. Did not follow directions where to paint had to buy another gallon to finish. Not a professional job at all would not reccommend to anyone."

Rodney and his crew worked around snowstorm delays and got a great job done. Rodney was always accessible and helped through several decision points as we got into the project. The 2 Matts are consummate professionals who kept their workspaces tidy before/during/after they worked each and every day. They did amazing work on all interiors (sashes, trim, wall patch ups, etc.) and also were willing to attempt projects they had never done before (strip of previously painted fireplace/restoration painting of glib back splash). My wife and I would highly recommend Rodney and his crew to anyone looking for reasonably priced professional paint contractors!"

"Phil came to see job, helped us pic out the Materials , the contract was signed and a deposit was made . Phil Never showed up for the job and never called !!!!! His business address is in a gated community in which he hides . Beware !!!! Look on other website reviews"
